The low-temperature carbon paste DN-CP01 was developed for deposition on top of a perovskite layer in an n-i-p device structure (for more reading, see the Dyenamo blog-post: Why Dyenamo's carbon paste DN-CP01 can influence the entire perovskite field). However, it has also turned out to be an efficient back-contact in p-i-n device structures (ACS Appl. Energy Mater., 2020, DOI: 10.1021/acsaem.0c00702). Consequently, the carbon paste DN-CP01 opens up for novel process methods and concepts for perovskite solar cells and modules. This includes flexible substrates, since the cured carbon layers can be bent. The carbon paste is primarily applied by doctor-blading, but it is also suitable for screen-printing.
Further strategic Dyenamo material-components for perovskite solar cells can be found in the product categories: Perovskite precursors and additives, Hole transport materials and dopants, TiO2 and platinum pastes and FTO glass.
